Excess Funds

I am getting emails asking for the latest information. The latest information is always posted in this blog. As soon as we get new information we post it.

There has been little activity in the past few days as we have sent all received funds to our account and all stocks are currently updated as of the last post.

We currently have just over $11,000 in excess funds in the account. Once we get down to around 1 – 2 thousand, we will send another 10 – 20 thousand over. This is funding that I am personally sending to make sure anyone who invests is invested once I receive their funds here. There should be no waiting for the funds to reach Iraq to be invested which is the way it used to be. The amount is reduced when I receive funds and you are considered invested at the moment funds are received. I will continue to send extra funds over and should there be a revaluation or change in the rate, I will convert my funds to blocks for any amount not taken by investors. Some don’t seem to get what I am saying with this, so let me show you an example:

I send $20,000 of my own funds to the trading account in Iraq.

Investor sends me funds for 10 blocks.

I now have $19,000 of my funds in Iraq.

Investors send me funds to purchase 35 blocks.

I now have $15,500 of my funds in Iraq.

Investors send enough for another 62 blocks.

I now have $9,300 of my funds in Iraq.

Investors send enough for another 76 blocks.

I now have $1,700 of my funds in Iraq.

I send another $20,000 to Iraq.

I now have $21,700 of my funds in Iraq.

The cycle continues and any investor adding to their account does not have to wait for those funds to hit the trading account to be considered invested. They are invested once I receive their funds as long as there is an excess value in the account. If there was a change in the rate at this point and no more funds were received, I would add 217 blocks to my account since I ended up with $21,700 in the account.

I hope this clears things up. Since the excess funds are there and I have not sent additional funds over at this time, there would be no change in the number of shares in the account.

W9 Forms

W9 forms must be signed when you send them to us. Please save both of us time and make sure you sign the form prior to sending to us. Make sure you send a W9 if you reside in the US. Do not send the W-8BEN. Several have sent this form who reside in the US and this also wastes time.

This form is not required at this time. You will have to have it to us before there is a payment to be made. You can wait until a rate changes to send it in. You should wait if you plan to change to a business or trust. No need to send it in if you know that is not the way your funds will be paid out. Send when you are sure how you want to receive your 1099.

I want to thank everyone for making this group a successful one. We are all in limbo waiting for this event to happen. While everything appears promising, we cannot guarantee anything is about to happen. I am on the same roller coaster as you and waiting for this ride to come to an end so we can reap the rewards of our speculative investment when it finally pays off. I can’t give you any sort of idea when this will happen. While it looks great, it may still be a while before this finally pops. We are in a great position when it finally happens. Patience is a virtue. Hang in there.

Personal Information

I have built a website similar to facebook and Twitter. It combines the best features of both in that you can ‘connect’ to others which is like adding friends in Facebook or you can follow people like you can on Twitter. The site is brand new and began operation on Saturday, January 23rd.
