We attempt to answer some of your possible questions below. Feel free to contact us if you have questions not addressed here.
Can anyone invest in Woolard Enterprises?
Woolard Enterprises in now closed to any new investors.
Are you still selling blocks?
We will only sell blocks if we receive them from anyone wishing to leave the group. There are no further blocks available until then and only if someone chooses to close their account.
What exactly am I investing in?
You are sending funds to Woolard Enterprises Trust. You are now a beneficiary of Woolard Enterprises Trust. You are not invested in any stock exchange. You will benefit from any profits from what Woolard Enterprises Trust has invested into the Iraqi stock market through their affiliation and account with Al Karmal Stock Exchange.
Do I own stocks in the Iraqi Stock Exchange?
No. You are simply invested into Woolard Enterprises Trust and are a beneficiary of the trust. We would need to have a securities license though Iraq in order to sell you shares directly.
When will I see a return on my investment?
We are waiting on a significant change in the value of the Iraqi dinar. That change must equal at least 1 dinar equaling 1 US dollar. We cannot speculate when this might happen or even if it will happen. The stocks purchased will remain in our account and we will be gaining dividends on these stocks which is how we will earn money.
How much will we make from this?
It is completely dependent on the dividends or stocks we pull out or sell. Some companies pay just a small percentage, if any at all, and others pay out up to 15% or more. The more shares we have, the higher the pay out will be.
Could my funds be tied up for a long time?
Yes. Since we don’t know when or even if they are going to change the value of their currency, your funds will be tied up indefinitely. This is a speculative investment and the only way it will pay off is when they do change their value. You only get a return if and when they change the value of their currency and then a stock issues dividends or we choose to sell a stock.
This is only speculation, right?
100%. Only because we don’t know when the Iraqi dinar will revalue or even if. This venture is only for those who expect a revaluation or significant increase in the value of the Iraqi dinar. Since we can’t promise they will revalue or change the rate, we can’t promise there will ever be funds paid out.
So why should I risk my money for this?
That is a question only you can answer. This is not for everyone. Many believe a change in value is coming and want to benefit from this change. Others think it is all a scam. Either way, if nothing happens, we are still invested in something that will provide a return for many years. People are wrong in thinking this is a scam. A scam is where you are deceived from your funds with no return at all. If there was never a change in value, we have invested in stocks which provide a return and at some point in the future we can sell our stocks and the reinvested dividends for a return on investment. It is possible we never see the substantial change we are hoping for, but we will still have a value unless the dinar drops substantially in value which is highly unlikely.
What if they change their dinar and make what we have worthless?
While we can’t say a new currency won’t happen, it wouldn’t affect us at all. We don’t have an investment in their currency. It will make no difference what they do with their currency as our trust owns stocks and when we exchange or cash out our dividends, it would be converted to US $ when it was transferred into our account. This is what separates investing in their stock market rather than their currency much more attractive for us. When we send funds over to our account in Iraq, they convert it to their dinar and add it to our account. It won’t make a difference what form that dinar is in even if they change it. Since we don’t have an actual currency in the trading account, there is no fear of their currency changing.
How will I know my money is invested?
It is invested when you send it to us. As far as it being invested in the stock exchange, once we receive your funds along with other investors, we will send those funds to our broker who will place those funds into our trading account. While we can’t show your specific funds are invested because we have only one account and not an account for each investor since you invest in the business and not the stock exchange, we will show you the invested funds and where we are at all times. We will be very transparent with what we are invested in and where we stand at all times. This site will have all the information available to you. We recommend you take a look at our videos and check out the blog for a lot of details on what we show you.
What if I need to sell my blocks back?
Should you buy blocks and later need to sell them. we will work with you to get them sold. We do not necessarily buy your blocks back, but we can offer them for sale to other members. You will get a return of 80% of your investment. While we charge $10 to the buyer on all blocks purchased, you will also be charged to sell. We will pay you $80 per block. There is never a refund on the admin fee for any reason.
Which stocks are you buying that are growth or income or both?
This is difficult to answer as we don’t know what will happen post rate change. We are only buying solid stocks which we expect to rise significantly when that happens. Some pay dividends annually, but that could change. We will just have to wait and see what comes of them once the rate finally changes.
How will we be paid our dividends and profits?
We have not set anything in stone. It will likely be through electronic check so you can print and deposit your funds as quickly as possible.
How often will you be paying us?
We will pay within a few days of receiving funds back into our US account. The day we get the funds we will divide the per block amount and make an announcement as to how much you are to expect per block. We will pay as fast as we can each time. Our goal is to get you paid so you can move on with enjoying your life.
The quantity of payments depends strictly on the number of companies in which we own stocks. Most will pay annual dividends. They each pay at different times of the year. Once a rate change happens, we’ll have a better idea of what to expect. If we own stock in 10 companies and they all pay out dividends, you can expect ten different pay days. We will be posting each expected payment as soon as we hear they had their annual general assembly meeting.
