Here is our latest reporting from our trading account. There are more than 31,000,000 dinar to buy more shares, so this number will change again tomorrow. Be sure to catch the video which goes into more detail.

I received a two block investment from a Susan and there was not an investor number in the notes on the Zelle payment. The last name does not match any investor I have in the group. If you sent this Zelle payment to us please send the name on the account and try to follow instructions on future investments if you choose to do so by please adding your investor number in the notes. You will need to provide me with the full name on the Zelle payment as well as the name of the investor so I can credit the correct account. Please email me as soon as you can.

It truly gets old to waste time trying to match up payments to the investor because a very simple instruction can’t be followed. Your funds are waiting and will not be invested if the dinar revalues before I figure out who this belongs to.

Sorry if this posts offends anyone, but here I am at just before midnight on a Saturday night playing catch up on work and have to spend time trying to match this payment up and get out a receipt.

Our latest share total. Slow increase as we are buying a relatively expensive stock in TASC.

Our Net Asset Value (total value of the account) has increased to 1,537,304,623 dinar.

Our latest share total from the balance of dinar in our account. We still have a $24,000 wire waiting to show up and it will all be used for TASC as we build that stock up.

March 8, 2021

Our current share total. Please note that there are still 17,851,246 dinar to purchase more shares in the account. There should be even more shares purchased on the next trading day along with another wire they should have which will add even more shares to our total.

We have just over 173 million shares to get our December buy order completed and from there we will add to TASC.

I will be doing a video later today showing everything so it will make more sense to you.

I hope everyone is doing well. I wired $72,000 to the trading account this week. They have received $48,000 so far, but since trading doesn’t open again until Monday, we won’t see any changes until then as far as changes in our account. They should have the rest of the wires no later than Sunday, so we may see a big jump in total number of shares and of course our overall net asset value will be increased.

The net asset value has not changed enough through today to make anything out of it which is why I have not done any sort of video on it or made a post about it. That should change early next week and I am excited to see and bring you those changes.

Things are looking very promising over there and the news has truly been outstanding. While we are continuing to be hopeful, we have to wait and see if all that news translates into a new rate. Nothing in this is guaranteed, so we need to stay hopeful, but reserved in our anticipation and expectations.

The wired funds should be close to 100,000,000 dinar which would increase our shares substantially. If they put it all in BMNS, we would have enough to cover that part of the buy order plus some extra to add to IMAP and/or IBSD. We are getting very close to completing the buy order we placed in December. We might complete that order this month at the rate investment funds have been coming in lately. Time will tell.

We currently have just under 10,100 blocks to date.

Our current share count is 1,502,009,197 with a net asset value of 1,420,463,488 dinar.

The share increase over what we purchased them for is 338,367,588 dinar.

The total blocks sold is just under 9300.

Several have sent mail to us over the past several days. We have not received mail all week due to weather conditions here. Please know that I will get a receipt out to you as soon as I receive your additional investments. The temps are supposed to be just above freezing today so much of this is starting to melt and should be melting off today and tomorrow. I think we will be back to normal by the end of the weekend. We now just need for the USPS to play catch up and get all the additional investments to us.

We are not used to these types of events happening in Texas so they don’t do much to our roads here as far as plowing or putting out sand/salt, especially on the neighborhood roads.

Please note the instructions under the Adding Funds link on the site each time you decide to add to your investment. Some are sending Zelle to the wrong place by putting in my email which has never been an option with Zelle. Be sure to send to the phone number as it shows. Others are sending money orders rather than a cashier’s check which it clearly states no money orders. I don’t want to be rude or a pain for anyone by sending funds backs to be sent correctly.

While the options for sending in funds don’t change very often, they do change. To make sure your investment gets to me, please pay attention to the details listed to save any confusion.

Woolard Enterprises is now owned by a trust and the business is now leased to another trust, Woolard Enterprises Trust. While the agreement shows any heirs, transfers, new ownership, etc. nothing is changed on any end other than that.

News continues to be positive in Iraq and we are waiting on them to make the change. We still have no idea of a rate or when that will be, but I know we are all beyond ready!

The markets are not open on Fridays or Saturdays so there is no change in our investment to announce until Sunday. I will work to keep you posted as fast as I can on any changes.

Thought you might like to hear that the ISX and our stocks are climbing. TASC (Asiacell Telecom) is at 9.6 dinar per share and we paid an average price of 7.262. My report shows a 30% increase. BBOB (Bank of Baghdad) shows a whopping 48% increase. IBSD (Iraqi Beverage) shows a 36% increase.

All but one of our stocks is on the rise and above our average purchase price. While this means little as far as dividends for now without a rate increase, it is encouraging that things are moving in a positive direction.

As of today, our increase in share price is sitting at 276,549,582 dinar. That is a huge increase for the short time we have been in that market. Now all we need is to couple that with a rate increase and we would be sitting very well.

They announced yesterday there is a significant increase in foreign investment and showed the amount of foreign funds traded. Woolard Enterprises accounted for around 30% of that days foreign investment trading.
