If you would like a chance to win 100,000 Iraqi dinar, please read the following rules:

This contest will remain open until either a substantial change in the value of the dinar or December 31, 2020 at 11:59:59. When the new year rings in, the chance to win is closed to any new submissions.

There is no obligation or cost at all to enter. To enter, submit an email to andy@woolardent.com with ‘I want dinar’ in the subject line. Make sure the body of the email is left blank.

Only one entry per email is allowed throughout the duration of this contest.

You will receive three entries for each block purchased. Get 5 blocks, get 15 entries. Get 10 blocks, get 30 entries. This is for any current investor as well as any new member.

If a new investor gets blocks and has your name as the referral, they will get their three entries per block and you will get 5 entries for each block they purchase.

No past purchases of blocks will be a part of this contest. This is for any added blocks from now through the end of the year.

Each entry will have their investor number placed on an approximately one inch piece of paper and placed into a container. This will not be some sort of electronic drawing. We’re doing it the old fashioned way! We may periodically show the total entries to date so you know your odds.

Odds completely depend on the number of total entries received.

The drawing will be help sometime in early January. We will record the drawing to show we are not favoring any person. There will be updates posted as we have time.

We may have another contest after the first of the year. We’re hoping it won’t be necessary. We will still have a winner if there is a rate change in the value of the dinar. Should the rate change prior to the end of this year, we will end the contest and close out accepting any new entries. A winner will be selected from all entries received up to that time.

The winner must agree to allowing us to use their name and information in order to receive this prize. Failure to sign a release within 10 days will result in your prize being forfeited and we will select another winner. This will continue until we have someone who is willing to sign a release. This release will only allow us to show the name of the winner and nothing more. We will not give out any personal information. We simply want to show as an example – Joe Smith of Mobile, Alabama is the winner of the 100,000 dinar.

November 12, 2020

This completes the share purchases from the last wire our broker received. We are sending another wire today, so there likely won’t be any change in this until Sunday or Monday.

Once they receive the wire we are sending today, we will place a buy order for one million shares of TASC and the balance will be placed in IBSD.

November 10, 2020

This is the latest to our stock totals. They just added the rest of the last wire and were able to purchase a million IMAP.

I thought some might want to see this and play with some numbers. The graphic below shows our net asset value in our trading account.

489,530,685 is the amount of dinar our account is valued at. With roughly 4400 blocks you can see what your blocks might be valued at should it change value at just one to one. $111,246 per block. Some think it could go over three to one.

While we have no idea what the rate might be, you can use your imaginations with what you think it will be. We’re just posting this for fun, but the amount of dinar in our account is accurate.

Our latest share count. Please note that I had stated I planned to build up TASC (Asia Cell) until we reached 50 million shares. Our brokers recommended BBOB (Bank of Baghdad), so I stopped with TASC momentarily and built up BBOB.

We have reached that 100 millions shares of BBOB and will move to building up TASC. The shares will be slow to grow buying these stocks as they are much more expensive compared to BBOB, but we are growing at a steady pace.

We currently have 331 members and well over 4000 blocks. There is one wire just received in Iraq today.

All funds received from investors are now in Iraq with a small addition of extra funds to cover what may come in over the next few days. We have sent over $400,000 over so far with more to go as more continue to add to their blocks along with new investors.

I want to say thank you to all who have trusted in this business and helped up become one of the largest private investment groups in the Iraqi stock market. Your faith in our business is not only unexpected, but humbling.

We can only pray the latest political developments has little to no impact on what we’re hoping happens soon.

Our latest stock count is 273,164,568 shares. Under our broker recommendation, we are going to purchase up to 100,000,000 shares of BBOB (Bank of Baghdad) stocks. They had a great 3rd quarter and the stock is priced right.

We will go back to adding to our TASC shares once we have the hundred millions shares in BBOB.

We currently have one wire on the way and sending another today with one more expected by weeks end.
